CEO's Message
After spending a life time in software delivery I was acutely aware of the criticality of having correctly skilled staff and the challenges of finding enough skills when they are needed the most.
In view of the ever challenging landscape of technologies and plethora of skills needed in most projects, even the largest of the companies find it hard to garner resources from within.
Large IT services organizations have their genesis in the concept of outsourcing – their current size and complexity has driven them to outsource some of their own functions for speed, economy and specialty. These include functions like testing, training and recruitment, quality process implementation, production support and help desk to name a few. Any function that does not require exposing key advantages of the organization such as technologies, IPR or client relationship are now candidates for outsourcing.
The idea of floating a company, which serves large delivery organizations in the software ecosystem, germinated in my mind in 2004 based on above realizations. Synetairos Technologies was thus floated under the aegis of Kale Consultants Limited – my former employer.
I ascribe the success to our policy of working with clients in a transparent, black-and-white manner. There is no place for ambiguity and obfuscation in our functioning.
I take this opportunity to thank the staff of Synetairos for creating a process driven, trust based way of life. I have no doubt that in years to come we will create many more relationships as valuable as our current clients.
