Management Team

Prakash has been with KALE sice 1985. Currently he is the CEO of Synetairos Technologies Limited.

Prakash is a Software professional with twenty four years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked as a hands-on developer for over a decade and has valuable experience as Project Manager, Solution Architect, Delivery Head and SBU Head, leading teams of over 250 personnel.

His career thrust has been on Banking product development and execution of banking projects, including core banking solutions related to retail banking transactions. He has also worked in areas such as Healthcare, re-engineering of mainframe based packages, off shore maintenance, Y2K compliance and web applications.

Leadership and motivational skills being his key attributes, Prakash has successfully managed market development in Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Malaysia, including establishment of overseas subsidiaries in some of these countries.

A certified lead assessor for ISO-9000 system of quality certification, he has functioned as the senior management representative during induction of quality systems at Kale.

Prakash holds a Master's Degree in Physics and Electronics, has hands on experience in COBOL and Unix and has an excellent appreciation of web based systems, N-tiered architecture and distributed / local Object Oriented Programming Systems.

At STL Abhijit handles Business Development and Project Management. He is also responsible for Software Solution, Project Sales, Client communication and Relationship Management, Risk Planning and Management, Infrastructure Planning and Organization.

Abhijit is a multifaceted person with twenty years of over all Industrial experience most of it with Multi National Companies and has close to 10 years of IT experience. He is a seasoned Business Development and Marketing Professional.

After working with Engineering and Manufacturing technology related industry he gradually moved on to the hi-tech field through process automation related software applications and further to the CRM and ERP business Solutions. His responsibility spectrum covered Business Development, Application Development, Project and Operations Management.

He has handled different products, projects successfully and established strong market position in the respective segment through excellent Customer Relation and account management. Abhijit was involved in Quality movement activity since 1986 and was also involved actively in implementing ISO 9001 quality systems. He has worked as a certified Internal Auditor during stints with previous organisations.

The driving force behind the multifaceted personality of Abhijit is the practical approach and an academic background with a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from Pune University and Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Board of Technical Examinations, Maharashtra State, supported by certificate courses in Software Skills.

Vidhya R. joined Kale in December, 2003. In the present role she heads the Bangalore Branch.

Vidhya is a HR professional with more than 4 years of experience in Human Resource functions, specializing in Pre and Post Recruitments, Exit Process and Training Development.

Her career thrust has been on recruitment and training of IT professionals. In her previous jobs she has been responsible for screening and recruiting IT professionals, both in India and overseas. She has also been invloved in imparting training and development.
