Abhijit Sahasrabudhe

Abhijit Sahasrabudhe, in his capacity as a Chief Operating Officer is responsible for service delivery, client satisfaction and profitable operations of Synetairos Technologies Limited.

Abhijit is very committed to the clients and to the business. He exercises sound judgment, even in demanding situations, which are consistent with core values of the organization. Abhijit is dependable, competent and dedicated individual. He is ambitious and provides leadership to the team.

Abhijit started his career in chemical & process engineering industry. Subsequently he held positions in the areas of Project Engineering, Technical Sales and Project Management with some of the best recognized names in the industry like ThyssenKrupp, Westfalia Separators (GEA), and Burgmann. He is working in the IT industry for the past 9 years. He joined Synetairos Technologies Limited soon after its inception and is a pillar of the organization.

Abhijit is settled in Chennai, Tamilnadu for over a decade with his wife and daughter.  The family has assimilated very well with Tamil culture and  his daughter is an expert Bharatnatyam dancer.

Mohamed Asiq

Mohamed Asiq is the leader and mentor of our resource augmentation  team. He meticulously  digs out what exact skills our client wants, by asking very pointed questions and working through layers of procurement process. He has  uncanny ability  to find the right person like the needle from the proverbial haystack.

Mohamed trains and guides our talent search team, supports and motivates his  team members and relentlessly works towards improvement in  quality of delivery  to  stay ahead of  our client's expectations.

Mohamed is a very good career counselor and his simple, straightforward, common sense advice is very much appreciated by the job seekers.

An engineering graduate, Mohamed also holds a MBA specializing in Human Resources from University of Madras. An active member of Madras Management Association, he also conducts seminars in various engineering and management colleges. Mohamed has been integral part of the organization right from the inception. He is mild mannered and is an amiable person.
